Paper is coauthored with Dr. Danyel Reiche, Assistant Professor of Comparative Politics at AUB, and is submitted for publication. It is also presented at the CASAR's 3rd International Conference-January, 2010 under the title "The Influence of American institutions for the implementation of specialized cities in the Middle East".
The paper is accepted for presentation in the Section “Public Policy” at the Midwest Political Science Association annual Conference in April, 2010, in Chicago.
